I required the services of the locksmith on Sunday 10th of April. I was told that someone would be there within the 40 minutes and he was. My home door lock mechanism was not simple and the locksmith explained precisely what was required. Old lock mechanism was taken away to be identified and I was left with secure premises. At the earliest opportunity new door mechanism and more secure lock was fitted. The Star locksmith who was training a colleague was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already recommended them to my near neighbours. By far and away the best price and service we have. I give them 5 star rating.
